Privacy Policy
1. Who controls your data
CONSULTMARKE LTD, trading as ConsultMarke, is based at Office 17441, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, UK. Contact us at contact@consultmarke.com or +44 7400 753316. We are responsible for the personal data used to provide our consulting services. For privacy requests, email contact@consultmarke.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect your name, email, optional company and phone details, message, chosen topic and package, session brief, scheduling details, correspondence and payment references. You may also share business information needed for the call. Booking, attendance, delivered-material and relevant correspondence records may be used to establish service fulfilment and respond to a payment dispute. We do not record calls without everyone's express agreement; if recording or transcription is proposed, we explain its purpose and handling beforehand. Stripe handles card information directly; we don't store full card numbers. Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser details and security logs.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry details to reply and take steps you request before a contract is made. We use booking details to provide the service under our contract with you, and keep accounting records to meet legal duties. For security, fraud prevention, complaints and running the service, we rely on legitimate interests and weigh them against your rights. We ask separately for consent where needed for optional recording or non-essential cookies. Agreeing to contact about an enquiry isn't agreeing to marketing. Our app-email notifications do not contain promotional messages.
4. Service providers and sharing
Lovable may process information for hosting, storage and email delivery; Stripe for payments; Zoom for meetings; and authorised consultants for your session. A separate PayPal checkout is not currently connected. If it is offered later, this notice will be updated to explain the relevant PayPal processing before collection. We share only what each provider needs. Some providers also act as independent data controllers under their own policies. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it. We don't sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where required, we use recognised adequacy decisions, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer method. Contact us if you want to know which safeguards apply to your data.
6. Retention
We normally keep enquiries that don't lead to a booking for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We normally keep session briefs and routine correspondence for up to 24 months after the session. A dispute or legal duty may require us to keep them longer. We may keep financial records for six years to meet accounting and legal requirements. We review retention and delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it. Providers keep security logs and backups according to their own retention schedules.
7. Your GDPR and UK GDPR rights
Depending on the legal conditions, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time; this doesn't affect earlier lawful processing. Email contact@consultmarke.com. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity. We normally reply within one month, unless the law allows an extension. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security and sensitive information
We use access controls and suitable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free. Don't include passwords, full card details or special-category personal data in an enquiry or session brief. Only share information about other people if you have permission to do so.
9. Cookies and local storage
Our Cookie Policy explains the essential technologies we use, payment-provider cookies and the language preference saved in your browser. This version of the site does not add advertising or analytics cookies. If we introduce non-essential tracking, we'll get any consent the law requires before it starts.
10. Children, automation and changes
Our services are for adult business users. We don't knowingly ask children under 18 for personal data. Contact information and essential booking details are needed to respond and provide the service; without them we may be unable to fulfil your request. Optional company or phone details are not required. We don't make decisions based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
