1. Business identity
ConsultMarke is the trading name of CONSULTMARKE LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Office 17441, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, UK. This is our registered office, not a venue for consulting appointments; our sessions are delivered remotely by Zoom.
2. Contact and customer support
Email: contact@consultmarke.com. Telephone: +44 7400 753316. You can also use the Contact page or our WhatsApp link. Use these channels for booking questions, cancellations, refunds, complaints and privacy requests. Do not send full card details or passwords.
3. Making a complaint
Email contact@consultmarke.com with your name, the email used for the purchase, your session or payment reference, what happened and the outcome you are asking for. Attach relevant correspondence if helpful. We review the complaint and reply without unnecessary delay. You may also write to our registered office. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
4. Payments and provider disputes
Our current checkout processes one-time payments through Stripe in euros (EUR). It does not currently offer a separate PayPal checkout. The final amount and currency are displayed before payment; your bank may apply conversion fees. We do not claim Stripe or PayPal approval or guarantee buyer or seller protection. If PayPal is offered in future, its applicable UK terms and transaction eligibility will govern its protection schemes. Our policies do not prevent you from exercising rights with your card issuer or a payment provider. Provider deadlines can differ from our voluntary guarantee.
5. Privacy complaints and legal rights
You can contact us about personal data and complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. For service disputes, mandatory consumer remedies remain available. These pages do not require you to waive access to courts or any applicable statutory rights. We do not claim membership of an alternative dispute-resolution scheme that has not been verified.
