Cookie Policy
1. What this policy covers
CONSULTMARKE LTD, trading as ConsultMarke, is based at Office 17441, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, UK. Contact us at contact@consultmarke.com or +44 7400 753316. This policy explains how the ConsultMarke website uses cookies and similar technologies, including local and session storage.
2. Essential technologies
The hosting platform may use essential technologies to deliver the site securely, prevent abuse and keep it reliable. They are used only when needed for the service you've requested. If sign-in is used, essential session technologies support it. Blocking these technologies may stop parts of the site from working.
3. Language preference and session brief
Your language choice is saved in your browser's localStorage under forme-language. It stays there until you clear the site's data or change the language. When you continue to checkout, forme-session-brief in sessionStorage temporarily carries your name, email, company, goals, topic and package from the session builder. This data stays in that browser tab and is removed after the handoff or when the browsing session ends. Avoid shared devices for confidential session briefs.
4. Payment and video providers
Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies when its payment form loads, to process payments securely and prevent fraud. Its own cookie and privacy policies apply. Some payment-provider technologies may support fraud prevention; others need a separate assessment of their purpose and any consent requirement. Loading a payment provider does not make all its technologies automatically essential. PayPal is not currently embedded as a separate checkout option. Zoom uses its own technologies when you open a meeting link or use its app, under Zoom's policies. We don't embed video meetings on the public website.
5. Analytics and advertising
This version of the site does not install optional analytics or advertising trackers. Browsing the site does not enable them. If we add non-essential technologies, we'll update this policy and get any required consent before using them. You'll be able to refuse or withdraw consent without losing access to the main services. Where a UK storage exception applies, we must meet its purpose-specific conditions, including any required information and simple, free way to object. We do not treat advertising tracking as exempt just because it measures visits.
6. Managing your preferences
Change your language using the language selector. Your browser's privacy settings let you review or delete cookies and site data, block storage or clear data when you close it. Clearing site data resets your language and any unfinished session brief. Private browsing may not save preferences. Check your browser's help if you're unsure how to change these settings. Blocking payment-provider technologies may stop checkout from working.
7. Contact and changes
If you have questions, email contact@consultmarke.com. We update this policy when relevant technologies or providers change. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, how long we keep it and your rights.
