These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and consulting services provided by CONSULTMARKE LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide one-to-one marketing consulting sessions delivered remotely via Zoom. Sessions are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of business results.

2. Bookings & payments

Sessions are booked and paid in advance through our secure checkout via PayPal or credit/debit card. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

3. Scheduling & rescheduling

Once a session is purchased we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.

4. Acceptable use

• You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
• You will not record sessions without our written consent.
• You will not share session materials publicly without permission.

5. Intellectual property

All website content, frameworks and materials are the property of CONSULTMARKE LTD. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials shared during your session.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONSULTMARKE LTD will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of CONSULTMARKE LTD's registered office.
