Refund Policy

We want every client to be satisfied with our consulting services. This policy outlines when refunds are available.

1. Cancellations before the session

• Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.

3. Service issues

If a session was not delivered as described due to our fault, you may request a re-delivery or full refund within 7 days.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom written deliverables (e.g. blueprints, audits) that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@consultmarke.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
